When is the best season to visit Hunza?

I want to go to Hunza someday.
When is the season with low-cancellation on the flight between Islamabad-Gilgit?
How long does it take to Karimabad from Islamabad on road?
I want to fly from Islamabad to Gilgit as possible as I've heard road condition is bad and the attack to the bus has been reported in KKH...

It is usually 22 to 26 hrs journey from Rawalpindi bus terminal( Islamabad) to Skardu. NATCO busues provide services for travellers.

well the best time to visit hunza is from end of April to September.the flight is possible in July but if you reserve your ticket advance then its possible to get flight but there is no any weather issue.It takes 24 hours from Islamabad to karimabad by road.

if you want to see the blossom season then you must visit in april were the whole valley is full of colours.....

Hunza and Nagyr

Do know that Hunza is only one half (or less) of a very fine show.

Miniapin (village and short easy hiking to glacier) will reward, as will walks from Hoper.

Would like to visit Chalt - next time.

minapin is also a nice place from were tourist can got to the rakaposhi base camp which is (7788m).
