Campsites

We have just travelled through Rwanda and found a new campsite near Musanze. Red Rocks is an intercultutural centre supporting local people. we were made most welcome and spent an enjoyable 2 days there and would thoroughly recommend. It is about 8km south of Musanze on the Muhana road, dirt track. They will also run trips for Gorilla watching.

Also Seeds of Peace near Kayonza overlooking Lake Muhazi is another good spot. it is not suitable for roof top tents as you have to pitch in the car park. but there are Bandas which are good value. Again we were made welcome
