in the old town near San francisco Plazza
either one chooses ' expensive' hotels and one meets nobody or one chooses old houses turned into hotels.most rooms give on a central patio ...so not much light ..
If hotels are paid cash it's less 12 % .
good restaurants : Cafe del frail ,hasta la vuelta senor
Juan forogeno is not good
cab to Mariscal the new town $2.5 good craft market

But in every south america one finds the same trousers,scarves...only the label is different ...
Museo archeologico very interesting

Train alausi sibambe alausi only tourists but it's fun $ 25
The train went offtracks but within 15 minutes was back in order

La posada del angel $ 55 room 15 is nice under the roof .
