1Sounds doable to me! The only thing I would caution against is allowing time to acclimate - your itinerary allows for no time at all. If you land and get hit with altitude sickness, you won't be able to (or can't) do the planned activities. I'm in fairly good shape and could not do much of anything the 1st couple of days.
Your itinerary is pretty rushed but hey, I travel the same way too. Happy travels!

3What you've planned would be doable in two weeks, not in seven days. You can't plan arrival to Cuzco, visit to Sacred Valley and train trip to MP on the same day. Normally, visitors take two day rest after arrival to Cuzco to acclimatise.
Diamox pills help but they won't solve the problem of your stressed schedule.

4Yeah. It's too rushed, like Fieldgate said. You really don't want to leave Cusco the same day. It's actually a really nice city. There are some decent Incan sites within walking distance of the city... but you can't possibly see them the same day as you fly in from Canada. There are also good museums and religious sites in the city.
Think about giving Cusco as much time as you can. And you could maybe stop at Ollaytaytambo on the way BACK from Machu Pichu. If you give yourself more time at Machu Pichu you can climb up Machu Pichu Cerro, which is also worthwhile.
Just some ideas.
