Prevent Tourist Herding & Decoy-Duck in Ha Long Bay

I've read news about Ha Long Bay that is quite disheartening found here. The neglect of the tourist areas leads to the deterioration of Ha Long. Ha Long is supposed to be a natural wonder that needs to be preserved not neglected. There are also overlapping services and facilities that lead to poor service. The Ha Long area also lacks services for tourists that lead to disappointment and confusion. Low-quality management has led to tourist confusion and neglect. I hope that these problems are addressed in the next few months to prevent the deterioration of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ha Long Bay needs to be managed better not only for the tourists' sake but also Vietnam's.
