Back to the OP, I'd be 100% certain if they couldn't unload your baggage, that the passengers heading the other, probably didn't get their bags loaded and are probably at the other end upset their bags didn't get loaded. Yes they could have handled it better of course, but it was an extreme weather event also. I recently had 5 Jetstar flights and my only issue is the people in the queue who make the queue longer, because they can't follow the rules regarding carry on luggage or arguing over how heavy their checkin luggage is.46
#43 I have to mention here that it is the airlines that have such rules, admittedly governed by the fares they are meted out should they allow a passenger to travel without correct documentation.yes, i shoudl have been clearer. sorry, the airlines don't make the visa rules, but they are affected by passengers who do not meet visa regulations and so need to show due diligence
