I dont really need to know, as I lived in Saigon for 4 years and know the places I like, as you said you are picky so its you find the one you like.17
The Hyatt for example has wifi but will OP pay something crazy like ten bucks for a cup of coffee?rk there could be many reasons for not choosing a coffee place we suggest e.g.staff don't speak English, staff are ugly, staff aren't friendly, bad colour scheme, bad Feng shui, too noisy, too close to the street polution, is upstairs and you have to climb steps, has bad coffee,too dark and not enough light, no plants, bad restrooms and so on.
Unless someone gave detailed requirements this post could go on for ages....

RK started out trying to understand what and where the OP was looking for. In return he got zero appreciation and little info, and so suggested the OP have a look around.
