I am hoping to get some advice on what to cut out from the following SEA itinerary as I am running out days and nights:
Starting from BKK for two weeks, I am looking at Hua Hin, Bangkok, Siem Reap, Vientiane, and Luang Prabang, averaging about 2 full days at each place. I plan to fly between the cities except for Hua Hin to Bangkok.
Question is: how much a time sink will that much moving around add to the trip? is flying in SEA as much a time sink as in the US where you have to show up 2 hours before a flight? most of these flights are only 1 hour each way.

1International Departures require check in, some Passport control, (Thailand) then security, so 2 hours, and traffic can be bad in BKK.
