2Well, there is not much time between the flights. You will have your luggage and pass immigration at about 2430 and be at the check-in at about 0530. So five hours to beat. I've only done that in daytime, but what I think, for what it's worth, is that you must leave the arrival hall of the international airport. Or stay in the arrival hall, but there are no seats. So you walk to the domestic airport, about 10 minutes walk and sit in the departure hall. There are seats enough, maybe the shops for coffee are closed. What you may consider is waiting at the international airport. The domestic is old with few facilities, the international is new. When you want to try that, just walk out the arrival hall and turn right, walk along the waiting cars and enter the departure hall on your right. The seats are more comfortable and maybe a coffeeshop is open. The bathrooms are more up to date. So yes, I think you can wait the night at the airport. But you may consider to spend the 5 hours in a hotel nearby.

3Hi, below is my prelim plan for the trip, as I just have few days in Myanmar, every day counts. I wonder if the below is the most efficient way? Or I should re organize it? Thanks.
Day 01 Arrival Yangon (By 23:35 Night Flight) - stay over in airport
Day 02 Yangon - Bagan (By Flight, 6T.403, 06:30 - 07:50)
Day 03 Bagan
Day 04 Bagan - Mandalay (By Flight, 6T.403, 08:05 - 08:35)
Day 05 Mandalay
Day 06 Mandalay - Yangon (Sightseeing-1 day tour) - Yangon Departure (By Flight, 6T.402, 08:45 - 10:45) /

4I would stay in Yangon when you arrive and see Yangon then. Also, Inle Lake is a better more unique destination than Mandalay, so I would recommend it over Mandalay. Where are you going after you leave the country? Air Asia flies from Mandalay to Bangkok too.
Here's my suggestion. A little rushed, but doable.
Day 1 - arrive in Yangon, sleep
Day 2 - Yangon
Day 3 - morning flight to Bagan, Bagan
Day 4 - Bagan, afternoon flight or night bus to Inle Lake
Day 5 - Inle Lake full day boat trip
Day 6 - Inle Lake; afternoon flight or night bus to Yangon or Mandalay for the flight out
