Travel Itinerary

If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it I've been researching this for weeks.

I have just under a month in Argentina I arrive February 9th. Here's what I'm thinking but I'd be open and grateful for any suggestions.

First 4 nights Bueonos Aires

Next 4 Uruguay (Horseback riding. I've already booked an estancia there.)

Then back to BA in order to get a flight to Puerto Madryn.

4 nights in Puerto Madryn or on Peninsula Valdes (kayaking).

Bus to Trelew so I can take a flight to El Calafate. (I'm heading down to Peurto Natales to do a trek I've already booked in the TDP at this point and don't have the time to visit El Calafate but figure there is no other way to get to get to Puerto Natales other than to fly to El Calafate I'd be interested if anyone knows otherwise.)

Bus from El Calafate to Puerto Natales

6 day W trek in TDP

Bus back to El Calafate then fly back to BA

A few last days in BA then fly home.

Does this sound reasonable?
I'd like to see way more but I don't want to squeeze too much in. I'm most interested in outdoor activities like horseback riding, kayaking, cycling, and trekking. I thought about taking busses to save some money but with my time restraints and geographical distances I don't think it'd be worth it.
Thanks so much for your time.

Hey, I have a flight from BA to Punta Arenas (Chile) on Feb 26 and will go north to Puerto Natales (there are buses) and am planning on doing some trekking in TDP as well :) But I don“t know which is more convenient for you, I choose Punta Arenas because I have a flight afterwards from Punta Arenas to the Falklands (there are no flights from Argentina obviously).
If you want to meet, tell me so, maybe we can do some trekking in TDP together?
However, try not to spend too much time in BA, there are more beautiful places to see!
