Serbian holiday

I am planning to spend 4-5 days in the balkans particularly Serbia . I am particularly interested in knowing if there are some travel packages which covers the key areas involved in the civil war of erstwhile Yugoslavia. Are there any travel restrictions between Serbia and Bosnia or Croatia and how safe is the place for people who are travelling single.

Any information would be greatly appreciated as I 've always been intrigued to know this part of world .

Regards

Don't know about package deals as I don't do them. Where are you arriving from?

Balkans is safe, you will not have a problems.
Regarding war tourism, you will not find so many "attractions" in Serbia except Kosovo as this country was not directly effect by Yugoslav wars. Most war sites are based in Bosnia and in some parts of Croatia. I dont know about tourism packages, seems there is no local offer but I know one student from Bosnia who used to guide people from Europe on war sites. If you want contact, send mi pm.
Enjoy your trip
