travel between slovenia, slovakia and croatia

Hi,

I am wanting to travel to slovenia, slovakia and croatia in september this year.

Does anyone have any tips about cheap easy ways of getting between these countries.

Also I probably have about four days in each country what do I need to see/do?

Any help would be much appreciated.

In 13 days only (4 per country plus 1 for the crossing of Hungary) you can see almost nothing of these countries. So, tell us which areas you are interested in (but not Dubrovnik or Cierna na Tisou, that wouldn't be possible in that a short time!)
