Ausangate Hike- Is anyone interested?
Hi I'm looking for a hiking buddy for the Ausangate Circuit which I'm pretty sure takes about 5-6 days. The tour companies are a bit too expensive so I figured I'd try it on my own. If anyone is interested in coming along let me know. I'm looking to leave on maybe the 28th of January (2013).Check the link below for info on the hike.

Have heard great things about this trek but take great care if you're going by yourself. There are more than sporadic reports of thefts and assaults in this part of Peru. It is a very demanding trail and going with a group is a wise decision. Of course it's up to you but I would think twice before going solo or even as a pair!Take care - I hope you get to do it!
