Daily Budget Kyrgystan
HeyI will head to Kyrgystan in August. I will attempt peak Lenin as one part of the jounrey.
I will be one week in Ala Archa before heading to Peak Lenin.
He have full board in Basecamp and ABC of Lenin Peak.
I will be an other 10 days in Kyrgystan after the Lenin attempt.
I was wondering what kind of budget I should plan to spend for the spare days?
I will stay probably two nights in a CTB homestay in Bishkek before heading to Ala Archa.
I will just need to buy food for the week in Ala Archa and hire a porter, maybe a transport because of the porter.
After Peak Lenin Iam looking to go some days for trekking, either in the Karakol region/around issik kul lake(not Khan Tengri Basecamp trek) or around song Kul.
I will have all my personal equipment which I need for Lenin Peak send to Kyrgystan including tent, stove expedition sleepingbag and so on. Therefore I could also go for a selfguided trekking.
I was wondering for which daily budget I do have to calculate? I was thinking about a daily budget for the 18 days(excluding the Lenin expedition) from 46 up to 54 US dollars a day, including everything, from transport to accomodation to food and entries for musseums etc. When stayed in Ala Archa, I wont have to pay for accomodation as camping is free around the Razek hut, therefore I would just need to bring food and fuel for the stove for the seven days.
Thanks for every respond!!

Hi Sirius,I made a calculation like that no so long ago, of course it all depends, but for rough estimates for different types of travelers, you can have a look at the budget for Kyrgyzstan here .
