I'm a 23yr old girl from the UK also travelling through Peru/Bolivia from Feb - I'm doing an organised tour through Peru starting ending mid-March so looking for a travel buddy from then. However our timings may not quite coincide as I aim to travel from Bolivia to Argentina at the start April - any chance you're looking to travel there too?! Thought I'd message on the off chance you might... even if not, feel free to message to discuss travel plans! Otherwise, hope you have a great trip!

Hi Zoe, I just tried to PM you but it seems to be disabled.... maybe you will have more luck trying to PM me as i am admittedly terrible with technology. anyway, i'm hoping to be in peru/bolivia from 20th may and looking for others to travel with. so that would be the last 4 weeks of your trip. flight not yet booked as i'm being very indecisive - especially about the solo female traveller thing. i'm 25, from the UK and have backpacked in australasia, central america and s.e.asia before and i'm going (coincidentally) to india and nepal from mid march to mid may this year. however - all of these trips have been with friends. being much more wary about going it alone so a fellow traveller would be great for some if not all of my trip. I'm planning on staying in SAmerica until early august. anyway, get in touch and we can discuss properly to see if anything could work.

Hi Zoe

I'll be volunteering in Cusco from 1st of March til the end of the month. I'll then have two weeks free to travel Peru and maybe touch on Bolivia. I'm Irish and heading over on my own so would be delighted to catch up with someone in a similar situation!

First of all guys, sorry about the incredibly slow reply, but I did not get an email informing me that I had messages. Also I cannot seem to private you message you all at the moment, looks like we are in the same situation Peche42.

Angewal. Hmm I could not tell you the exact dates at the moment, as my plans are pretty flexible. After volunteering I would head down to Bolivia, though I would stop off at Lake Titicaca and a few small spots on the journey down, so it may just be possible, which is good. :D

peche42 Oh me too haha :D Do not worry about being a solo traveller, I am 18 and I was absolutely fine around Nepal, after all you will meet other solo travellers to travel around with and it is not as if you are a rookie traveller :D. I can give you some tips about that by the way if you like. You will love it.

I think that we could manage to work this out, as I definately want someone to travel around with. By then, I think I will be in Bolivia, but like I said I will go back to Peru by the end of May start of June.

Hey Jeanie. That is cool, I will most likely see you then then. After my volunteering ends I was heading down towards Lake Titicaca and then around Bolivia, as hopefully I would have done a large proportion of sightseeing during my weekends in Cusco. I would love to meet up and travel round if we could. I have not got a mobile number right now, but I should have by the end of the week.
