Could be the browser, try changing that. Remember to register first, starting from this page https://virtual.provinciapagos.com.ar/ArgentineTaxes/Default.aspx (from some other pages of the site, sometimes you can not progress).See the last few posts in the sticky above, and this recent thread:

As for the passport #'s, not all the spaces need to be filled, never heard of a problem with this.
Be patient, and keep trying.

I had a similar problem last week - it just kept hanging when I submitted my information. After many attempts I finally was able to register. It assigned a Receipt number. However, iI now have a problem trying to access their site to print my receipt it keeps indicating 'invalid username or password' and provides an option to have your password emailed to you. Nothing arrived n my email.
It has now been a week and I still cannot access my list to print my receipt.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try phoning the number at the bottom of this page. You may have to wait awhile, or try numerous times to get thru. Hopefullly you can be passed on to someone who speaks your language(s).No suggestions other than that, just keep trying.
For others, to avoid this you may consider only purchasing if you have immediate access to a printer , and print at the same time. If you cannot, copy and paste, attach it to your email, and print it while you can. I have learned to do this when buying air tickets online for the the discount airlines there, as sometimes things do not connect.
It is always best to make a note of your email address and password for each account we open, as sometimes we forget.

There have been reports both here and on Trip Advisor with people not being successful paying the Reciprocity Fee on-line. I wasn't able to do it several days ago using both Firefox and Internet Explorer, but I just did it twice 10 minutes ago using Firefox with no problems.1.) Go here: https://virtual.provinciapagos.com.ar/ArgentineTaxes/Default.aspx
2.) In the bottom left corner make up a Username and Password so you can "join" the site.
3.) Follow the directions filling in your name, passport numbers, etc. It's all very straightforward.
4.) When it comes time to click on "pay" the credit card info opens in a separate window, but the window disappears and "hides" behind the main website window. If you don't glance down on your taskbar and notice that you do indeed have two browser windows open then this could be a little confusing.
5.) Go to the credit card information window and fill out the info. Click submit.
6.) Everything else is okay until the Reciprocity Fee Receipt comes up, the only way to print it is to hit the print icon right on the form - you can't print it from your browser directly.
7.) Lastly, I still can't find a way to log OUT of the website, but at least I have my two Reciprocity Fee Receipts in hand!
Good luck.

Terry

Really weird that this thread is buried deep in the Argentinian forum, with MANY old threads above it.This is the new Thorn Tree?... Odd...

I doubt there's an airline flying into Buenos Aires that will even allow you to board the aircraft without proof of purchase of the Reciprocity Fee.Cheers,
