Accommodation Santiago, Dominican Republic

Hello, can anyone recommend accommodation in the centre of Santiago. I want to spend a couple of days there in February, enjoying the Sunday festival and exploring the town. I don't mind what kind of accommodation, b&b, hostel, hotel, but nothing to expensive. Thanks. Cindy
