In today's paper I read that the Fyra has been taken out of service and the maker has 3 months to repair it before taken them to court. The Belgian government has also cancelled the orders for other trains from the same manufacturer.

thanks, arie and bjd! my (non-existant) Dutch is a bit rusty, so apart from that article I had a look around the net as well. seems like a pretty mess that makes the deficiencies of Siemens trains pale in comparison... given AnsaldoBreda already got a good beating in Denmark, I wonder how much longer they can afford their banana-tactics ('product ripens at the customer's').

Ah -- just noticed mine too. Went from well over 7000 to about 5000 and now down to 1452!
