Low budget accommodation in Arusha
Please, could anybody recommend me any reasonable hostel, guesthouse for two men in Arusha? We would like a double room in the price to about 20 Dol/person.And then we will be grateful for recommendation of the cheap restauration for dinner. How safe is Arusha tonight?Thank you in advance.

Sorry nothing recent on the accommodation front - but as for safety at night - well I would strongly recommend against walking almost anywhere at night. Ask your accommodation to organise a reliable taxi to take you and then arrange a time to be picked up. All Europeans (mzungu in swahili) are easy to spot and are always considered a lot more wealthy than the locals. Don't take a lot of money or valuables (camera) with you (take your mobile - Oh and try to get a local Sim card it will make calls/texts a lot cheaper - as you will need it to contact your taxi). Hope you have a great time in the 3rd largest city in Tanzania.3
Machele Guesthours at Kaloleni, 8000 TZ shillingi at night.Find Kitundu Guesthouse and go one more street up north.

Machele Guesthouse? It is a new accommodation which is not quoted in LP.What about Kitundu Guesthouse?
