2 month visa rule

if i leave india for nepal am i now able to return within two months ? also will it be possible to get a new visa for india in katmandu or pokhara, nepal??

As there are lots of changes in India also so i think better to call for the customer service in India and have an inquiry about these visa so they could help and clear all the doubts very clearly along with instruction!!

also on the airasia website there was a note that the 2 month rule was abandoned

Pirate is correct. Only today (Friday 18th) I visited the Indian Visa Office in Perth and was told this rule has been officially rescinded.

one of my friend from germany went to nepal then visit india then nepal and again India , you will get special exemption on visa for re entry
