breakfast at Burj Khalifa

Is there restaurant or cafe serving breakfast at Burj khalifa?

Do you mean inside Burj Khalifa itself? if so then there is an Armani hotel in BK, there's bound to be some cafe or something in there doing breakfast.

If you just mean nearby so you can see Burj Khalifa then directly opposite is a place called Souk al Bahar which has cafes. Or there is Dubai mall adjacent to BK which has lots of cafes/restaurants with outside seating where you can eat breakfast and look at the Burj.

Try Social House. It's pretty decent breakfast and loads of other places too.

We are going to be in Burj Khalifa for sunrise (around 6-7 am) so, in order to save time and for experience wanted to have breakfast right there, in Burj Khalifa.

There is nowhere to eat inside BK if you are going to the observation deck 'At the Top'. You are taken in a special entrance and up on a lift that only goes to the At the Top floor. Best to eat beforehand or afterwards around the mall.
