Hi Justin23. Thanks for your helpful post. Part of the reason why I'm doing this trip is to hopefully help with my social skills and see if I do better in a different environment where people are hopefully friendlier and easier to get on with, as I keep hearing backpackers are, so let's hope I'm right. I live in London at the moment where it's so hard to make friends outside of school, as everyone seems to just keep to themselves and are not often very open to new friends, and worse still, many people are just horribly judgemental and gossipy. I just need to get away from that for a bit really. I have no regrets about booking UltimateOz though, as the plentiful activities and admin help all make it seem worth it, but hopefully the rest of the trip afterwards will be just as easy to make friends :)And thanks tartlet and KoalasRule. You've actually gotten me quite excited at the thought of driving a tractor, and I should definitely be trying for a job involving one then :D
