Around the SEA Mainland in 60 daysHi .
After nonstop work for two years , I have decided to go travelling in SEA and India for 5 months and will start in SEA on the 1st Jan for 60 days.
I expect to spend this time in Thailand Laos Vietnam and Cambodia ( what a surprise ) .
so in the next 11 days I have an awful lot of planning to do and the panic is setting in .
Jabs are done and other things are in motion.
The route is in early stages at the moment ( as in non existant ) but the first questions are :
60 days split across Thailand Laos Vietnam and Cambodia .
What would be a good split if lazing on beaches and city bars are not your thing .
Clockwise or anticlockwise ?
Any help would be very much appreciated

1hi, assuming you fly into bangkok, i would make your way up to chang mai via sukhothai, then after spending time in the hills move on to chang rai then into laos taking the mekong to vientienne and luamphrabang then through vietnam coming back up through cambodia then back into thailand to bangkok if that's where you fly in and out of. i would leave southern thailand if you not bothered about lazing on the beach, always good to have a loose route then adapt it on the way, enjoy!
