The consulate refuses to accept my application because things are missing - but they are missing because THEIR site doesn't update the answers when it generates the form!
My question is - is there anything I can do to possible fix this? It's def. not on my end. I have tried this with numerous web browsers, different computers, ALWAYS the same.
Hopefully someone here can help me,

1I am also Canadian and just applied for a Russian tourist Visa. I gave up on using their online system - I had many problems with the site. Instead, I used visacenter.ca and provided them with a filled paper copy of the Visa form. Had no problems. Its a little more expensive than applying through the consulate directly but it worked just fine.

2Thank you for your reply. I am dealing with visacenter.ca (Ottawa location) and they will not accept my paper version at the consulate. But yet they accept yours.
-.-;;. They have been this way with me since july ... for no reason =/

3Try contacting another agency that specializes in Russian visas or visit the visacenter in Ottawa and demonstrate the problems with their computer.
