Chinese Government Scholarship Program

I'm looking for advice. The CSC offers a few different scholarships for 1-2 year program for studying Chinese.

I'd like to know the award rate and how many of each scholarship are awarded for the Chinese language programs specifically.

Has anyone been in this program or know someone in it now?

I knew people in it ten years ago. I don't know if there was a numerical figure, but they got fees paid, accommodation in Uni halls paid, and were given a 'living stipend' monthly. This was enough to survive on if sensible.
