You can private rooms in Bangkok around 300 baht.
Chiang Mai: 250 baht.
You can eat for 90 baht a day if you want. There are lots of places where dishes are 30 baht. More realistically, you can do it for 2 to 300 baht.
At most temples, an hour body massage is 120 for an hour. Tourist places will charge anywhere from 150 to 200 for an hour.

It depends where you want to go and what you want to drink. At backpacker places, 60 for a small beer. At clubs, that same beer can be 120 baht. Cocktails can be anywhere from 80 baht to 200 depending on the place. Buying bottles works if you like to drink a lot and go in groups. I personally have a bottle of Makers Mark bourbon in my apartment and I usually just bring a flask as the only bourbon they have is Jack Daniels, and that's not good enough and too overpriced at bars.

You can also buy bottles of whiskey at 7 11 and a lot of places will let you bring it in and let you buy mixers. If there is a bottle service, it might only be 50 baht or so. I think Johnny Walker Red is 800 to 1000 depending on size. Black is 1200. They have bottles of smirnoff and absolut as well, but I don't know the prices as I'm not a big vodka drinker.

What kind of night life are you interested in? Both Bangkok and Chiang Mai has all types of stuff.
