Taking a car over the Laos boarder
I am moving to Kunming in a couple weeks ...I have a car in china and was curious what the rules are for taking a ride across the boarder ?Anyone done this?
crazy fees?
Was thinking it would be cool to mob around Laos, I have been a few times but never with my car.
