I think that unless you take a direct taxi you might be cutting it close. But I'm not too sure, it doesn't take that long, but at that time it could take a while.

Taxis in Argentina are cheap. If you're in a rush, take a taxi.

Agree with 20. Besides, if you are in a rush you cannot always take the most economical option.

From Eze to downtown (including Retiro) it is about 180 Pesos. Could be more now. That was in May this year.
