charter boat between Martinique and Dominica
We fly in/out of Martinique in mid-January and trying to get ideally to Portsmouth, Dominica on same or next day which we can't do with ferry boat. Wondering if anyone has done this and found an affordable way via chartering boat/boat excursion as it's not that great a distance.
