Obtaining a visa for Cuba from Jamaica

Hi, a friend and I are travelling from Jamaica to Cuba within the next few weeks, I have not been able to find any information of if we can obtain travel visa's into cuba from Jamaica. Does anyone know if this is possible?
Our flights are via Grand Cayman and we have around 3 hours on the ground there, is it easier to try and get the travel visa from there?
Any information would be great!
Cheers.

Hi Aussie_travelgirl!

Welcome to TT!

It could be a good idea to cross-post your question in the Cuba branch.

Some airlines provide your tourist card (visa) at the departure airport so it could be a good idea to get in touch with Cayman Airways to know if they provide them too (either in Jamaica or, more probably, in Grand Cayman) or if you have to get yours in advance. If you ask in the Cuba branch, perhaps, you could find someone with personal experience with Cayman Airways.

Just in case it could be useful, this is the web of the Embassy of Cuba in Jamaica.
