I'm going to by a new motorbike next year. My wish is to buy KTM Duke 200! In my country (Czech Republic) it costs 110 000 CZK (4 365 EUR), but in India it costs ONLY 42 000 CZK (1 665 EUR) and in my opinion that's such a big difference. But question is how to get Duke from India to Czech Republic, what will I need and how will it cost? I searched the internet and found that only (maybe) DHL is able to import goods from place A to place B via ship or plane. Am I right?
And another question? Will I have to fly to India, probably in Delhi, buy that motorbike and then ride on it back to the airport?
Or DHL will take a care about that?
Is there anyone experienced with something like that or anyone who give me an advice?
It's such a beautiful motorbike! :)
Thanks for all posts you leave here!
Sorry for my English, I'm still improving my english skills! :)

1Sorry mate, but this is a bicycle forum, we don't really do motorcycles. Our bikes usually travel with us as normal baggage on a plane (or bus or boat). Try searching for a specialist motorcyclist forum.
However................I did meet a guy in Cambodia with a motorbike who flew it from Katmandu to Bangkok on Thai Airways, using their freight service. You could enquire directly to airlines, it may be cheaper than DHL.
Also have you checked that the spec of the bike is the same and will meet EU regulations? Also have you checked how much import duty will you have to pay? Normally if things are too good to be true - then they aren't.

3Lots of motorcycle information here http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hubb/ but having been to India a couple of times, once on a motorcycle I can tell you it is almost if not totally impossible for a foreigner to buy a bike there. If you did manage it the bike would not be to European specification and I am not sure where you got that price from but imported bikes there are a LOT more than in Europe. Take a trip to your local dealer and save youself a big headache.
