The best pass : Lucerne area (Swiss) & Neuschwanstein (Germany)

I am planning to travel for 4 days in this winter to Switzerland & Germany. I hve browsed various pass but I am not sure the best one since I am also going to Germany. I'll arrive and depart back for home from Basel Mulhouse Switzerland. Here is my itinerary :

1. Basel Mulhouse Switzerland - Heiden http://www.dunant-museum.ch/de/museum/ - The Hohenschwangau http://www.neuschwanstein.de/englisch/tourist/howtoget.htm#weg

2. Lucerne - Pilatus - St Moritz - Lichtenstein (not in sequence)

3. Lucerne - Basel Mulhouse

My base camp for no.2 will be in Lucerne. So, I'll go back and stay in Lucerne.

The route to Germany and go back to Lucerne (no.1 above) will be based on the cheapest rate.

1. What is the best route to Germany based on the cheapest rate, is it :
Basel - Neuschwanstein - Heiden - Lucerne OR Basel - Heiden - Neuschwanstein - Lucern?

2. How is the public transportation that has cheapest rate for Basel - Neuschwanstein/Heiden - Lucerne? Will a pass help reducing the money spent significantly? Or, maybe using the pass until a border to Germany, get off in the border and continue to Neuschwanstein using a bus?

3. What is the best pass for this kind of route :
Swiss pass, Swiss flexi pass, Swiss card or Inter Rail for 1 country?

Thank you for the input

regards

Do you mean Lichtenstein near Reutlingen in Baden-Würtmeberg or the country Liechtenstein?

Kuntarini: In your previous post, you asked for cheap flights from Basel to Barcelona, then you wanted to go to Lourdes, then you preferred ferries to Greece, then you told us that you didn't want to start at Basel, but in the Netherlands .....
You got good answers for all your phantasms. Then you told us that you renounced to any travel, because you suddendly found out that you had only a weekend or so for all that.

Do you really hope to get an answer to your newest phantsm?

BTW: Basel - Heiden - Hohenschwangau takes 9 hrs by public transport, plus 2 hrs for the planned visit of Heiden: at least 11 hrs.
hohenschwangau - Lucerne takes about 8 hrs; if you visit the mega kitsch castle in the morning and leave towards noon, you will arrive at Lucerne at 19.49.
The first bus to the Pilatus cableway leaves Lucerne at 9.02. If you stay 1 hr on the top, you will arrive at St. Moritz at 18.00. there would be no time for the visit of Lucerne with this solution.
As you will probably want to see how St. Moritz looks by day light, you may leave there at 11.02 and will arrive at Lichtenstein Wuertt at 19.09, resp at Lichtenstein Sachsen at 05.25.

@Neckverd :

Of course I hve to start from Nederland for every travel, I live there. I think you are mixed up with the load of informations.

Yes I hope to get an answer to my newest 'phantom' as I hv booked return flight tickets.

FYI I didnt ask informations just for nothing, I did plan the travels, and plan the travels to the same destinations in the future whenever I hv time available. I respect people's time in answering my questions, and of course my own time, because I won't waste my time asking and browsing informations for the travel I don't intend to do.

Thanks for the information neckverd.
