flight from Madrid

Hi, i have a question:) i have a flight ticket to Czech Republic from Madrid, Spain. is possible to travel with food (like cheese, ham, chocolate,...) in my hand bag? I would like to buy them in a market in Madrid, because the prices for food on airport are sooo hight. And all both countries are in Schengen.

Thank you for answer!!!

I take food in my pockets, but you might need to check about the ham. Some countries don't like passengers travelling with meats.

In practice there are no checks at all, except for security, so take what you like.

In practice maybe, but not necessarily permitted.
