Budget for Romania trip

Hello people.

As many of you may have read in previous posts I placed here on the thorn three, I am planning my 12 day trip to Romania December / January (Bucharest, Maramures, Bucovina and Transilvania).

My issue now is budget.

Is E 50 per day enough considering: my budget excludes accommodation; we are foodies so we would like to have one sit down meal a day in average restaurants, nothing fancy at all (just going after where food is authentic and good) but occasionally some meals in very good restaurants; we are drinkers, so we will probably have our daily fair share of romanian wines and beers; we will take public transportation but probably take one or two cabs a day. We are quite simple girls, but we are way passed the age of anything will do and we would like to be able to try good foods and some reasonable confort along the trip.

I thought that it makes planning easier if I allocate train travel outside of the daily budget, so I thought of E50 a day for food, drinks, local transportation and other daily costs, plus E150- 200 for the intercity train travels.

Am I good, overbudgeting or underbudgeting?
