Change dollars in Cebu city

Hi!
Some of you knows the best place where to change dollars near to Osmeña Blvd. in Cebu City and the opening hours on Friday mornings??? I've travelled a lot around Asia, sometimes banks were the best option but most of the time exchange offices in shopping centers had better rates....

I use the money changer inside Robinson's mall, its downstairs beside the lechon baboy.

There are a couple money changers in the Ayala Center mall as well, the one on the bottom floor near the supermarket had the best rate.

there is a money changer in a litttle office on the street next to Mercury Drug right at foot of the stairs over to Robinsons.

Found the best rates at the food court beneath Robinson's. #1 is correct.

So you just want us to guess what dollars you will be exchanging?

If it is Australian dollars, use the money changer in the Colonnade Mall on Colon in Downtown.

Otherwise, the money changer in the basement of Robinson's Mall has the reputation for the best rate for US dollars.

No idea for other countries dollars.

the rate for UK pounds at the money changer on the 2nd floor Robinsons is also good.
