2Ive heard conflicting reports on if you can fly from Cuba to Jamaica
Yes, you can fly from Cuba to Jamaica. In addition to the options quoted by ffgonline in #1 (BTW, it's not easy to get info about Aerogaviota's flights), Jamaica Air Shuttle flies non-stop from Santiago de Cuba to Montego Bay.
Which would be cheapest to fly to/from Cancun; Kingston or Havana?
We would need to look at your specific dates but I guess that Havana because there are direct flights from Cancún to Havana with more than one airline and (AFAIK) there aren't direct flights from Cancún to Jamaica. In order to go from Cancún to Jamaica, you would need to make it changing planes in the USA or in Panama.

3As far as I know Direct flights from Cuba to Jamaica are on a charter basis. So basicly they dont fly on a Daily/regular basis...so if you want to fly on specific dates and it might get tricky.
Jamaica Air Shuttle flies from Montego Bay to Santiago de Cuba I believe Once or Twice a week but you would have to get to Havana on your own which takes time to do.
For non direct flight options
You might want to try Copa Airlines that flies Havana to either Montego Bay or Kingston via Panama
pretty much on a daily basis with several flight options

4I really appreciate the advice!
3 very different answers! It would be the best advice to go from Cancun and from there get a ride with Cayman Airlines to Montego. I wonder if they will let me overnite layover ?Thanks for all of the avice I'll reread it all and reply in more length.
