Stating your country and budget might help people to make a recommendation; here's my suggestion anyway: PHD Omega.

Seriously, that jacket is not good enough for those conditions. I had a quick look but couldn't see anything on that site that seemed suitable. Maybe have a look at what The North Face have to offer. I don't know the specialist brands in the US so hopefully other people will be along with better information.

From Rab, this jacket looks more like it but I am assuming you will be spending a lot of time outdoors.

10One of the most practical ways to get good clothing in such low temperatures is to buy something locally.
Western gear will never be as good as the fur products that the locals wear. It will also be the case that the local warmer clothing will be cheaper and much more efficient than weather garments bought in the west. Most of the western clothing will be made of poorer quality material and manufactured in the far east.

11http://www.outfitterconnection.com/custom/artic.htm Don't just buy a coat but a whole outfit you can change up. Even in Siberia it is not going to be -50 everyday. I worked railroad maintenance and construction in Minnesota and Wisconsin for 30 years in some very extreme weather (I live in Costa Rica now!).

13Good pick Terry. Their Expedition parka is a long time Antarctica standard.
