Motorbike licenceHi all, would be grateful if you could help me out . Will be going to Sierra Leone for a few months in January for work. Just wondering idf you need to have a specific driving licence to drive a motorbike or will a licence for a car do? Or do you need a licence at all?! Thanks, David.

1Any driver's license will be considered acceptable for the operation of a motorbike. It isn't advisable to drive with no license at all, because it is required for the operation of a geared bike, and it is not uncommon to be asked by police to produce it. An international license is definitely accepted. A driver's license from your home country may be accepted by some police, but is probably not legally valid.
