Hi all, looking for best places for a solo travellerA friend and I are travelling to Europe over Christmas break from the 15th of December to the 28. We're going to Paris, Brussels, Munich and Berlin.
She's flying home on the 28th but I don't have anywhere to be so I was thinking of staying and either heading into Poland for a bit or heading back West to eventually fly back to London.
Can anyone recommend good places for solo 20 year old travellers on a budget in Europe? This is my first time in Europe, so I'm pretty open to any sort of suggestion. I prefer cities to the countryside but night life and clubbing aren't really of interest to me, I would much rather wander around a city and get lost in the experience.

1I think it is not extremely hard to reach parts of Poland from Berlin on train, then make your way to Warsaw or Krakow or Wroclaw to get a flight to London. Although Poland is not the cheapest country ever, it is still very affordable comparing to other countries, you may get a decent meal for 20 PLN and a dorm bed for less than 40 PLN or something (of course careful planning and pre-booking might be necessary around your dates) and if you are looking for Christmas decorations and the like, I have visited nearly 20th February and on some towns Christmas trees and the like were still on on many locations (!) .
