Place open on Dec 24th where I can view the entire Munich

Hi,

Anyone please advise place or building especially in wold town that open on Christmas eve and I can go up to see the panoramic view of Munich. Thanks!

Hi,

Olympiaturm is great (very high) but not really in the center of munich.

You can also try the church tower of "the Old Peter" (Alter Peter) http://www.alterpeter.de/texte/baudaten.htm
It says it's open on bank holiday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last entrance 5:30 p.m.)
The Alter Peter is right next to the Marienplatz and that's as central as it gets in Munich :o)
