Cheapest bank ATM fees in Santiago?

It's been a couple of years since I have been Santiago and so far Red bank network connection has been charging me about $7 U.S. to get money out of my bank in the U.S. Does anyone know which bank in Santiago charges the least in ATM fees for foreign withdrawals?

Banco Estado was fee free when I was there, but it only works on cirrus.
Do yourself a favour and get a Chars Schwab account and you will don't have to worry about any fees anymore

Banco Estado ATM's are not free. Like most of the major banks, I believe they charge around 2500 cp for each transaction for foreigners. You should also check with your US bank to see if they charge you an additional currency exchange fee. Some banks do!

i have used banco estado in the south of country, and they have not charged any fees.
other banks/atms have charged between 3000 and 4500 pesos(6 to 9 us dollars)
they inform you about the fee, and you can cancel the transaction if not interested.

There are Santander and Scotia in Chile, both ATMs are free with a Bank of American credit/debit card.
