Safest way to visit Egypt and pyramidsI was wondering what the safest possible way would be to visit Egypt. All I really want to see is some of the pyramids really . So wouldn't need to stay more than a few days probably. But Im too scared to go coz I hear how bad stuff happens over there and all that so researching options at the moment. Would a contiki tour or something similar be the safest way, or would going just 2 people (1 male 1 female) yourself be no more safe or unsafe ?

3It's less hassle with a male partner, but I've never worried about travelling round Egypt by myself. I'm a blonde woman, though older than most and I dress modestly, i.e. no bare arms or legs.
It's probably safer than where you come from. Certainly I never worry about being attacked or robbed there.
