Vietnam Airlines ticket booking - Warning of imposter

I would like to draw the attention of future travellers to the problem I have encountered.

1. Vietnam airlines is generally a thrustworthy airline which try to perform well - however they have a nasty habit of cancelling flights according to their own needs and when they feel so. So first take serious the warning already written in LP book of Vietnam. I just by accident saw the mail regarding their cancellation of an important connecting flight for the homeflight the day before - the below problembooking office just had moved my paid booking to the evening - which would have meant missing the international flight. If other connections are fully booked already you are in trouble.

The above is only part of my problem I wish others not to fall in. The biggest trouble occured due to my mistake to end up at a booking office site for ticket reservations and NOT on Vietnam airlines ordinary page. If and when you encounter above said cancellations - you are really in trouble if you by mistake have ended up at the above said website of a booking office - imposing as Vietnam airlines. If all goes well their issuance of tickets are valid but if problems and cancellatioins occur - their "tickets" are concidered "donald duck" papers and you have absolutely no support out of office hours and also hardly any during office hours. They might change your flight against new payments - when the real airline does it for free (same payment). If you google just vietnam airlines and or booking you get as a primary choice this imposter booking office. Be sure you are on the airlines own site!!!!! before you pay or reserve!!!! then you also get their problem sevice rock around the clock.
