Looking for passage from South Africa to the Americas

Hello!

I am a 30-year-old traveler from Finland, and I'm trying to travel around the world without using any airplanes. I am now traveling through Africa, currently in Malawi, and would be arriving in South Africa in the beginning of next 2013. From there I hope to find a sailboat or anything going to the Americas; Brazil, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela or such.

I have only little sailing experience. I have done a sailing course in Finland, but in itself that's not much. I am very motivated, hard working and determined, but also laid back, calm, rational, responsible, good to talk to, compact and have good manners. I would be able to crew from February 2013 on.
