Taipei stopover

I have a stopover in Taipei for about 7 hours on my return from Burma, mid-Dec. Of course I'll need to be back at the airport in time for my international flight back out, but I am hoping I will have enough time to see something while I am there.

All of my research for my trip has been for Burma, so would appreciate any tips on how best to use my limited time in Taipei.

I should have mentioned, I arrive 4:30PM and depart 11:30PM, on Sunday 16th Dec.
