I don't know the town - it's the opposite side of Umbria to me, but if using public transport this might help http://www.umbriamobilita.it/it/orari/servizio-extraurbano?tipoOrario=invernale&l=C check down the page and click on Cascia. If you've not got a car you'll be a bit stuck - a few buses to Norcia, and two through buses on weekdays via Terni to Rome. I guess the nearest rail station would probably be Spoleto but that's across the mountains and a very indirect journey.
