Visa on arrival at Dhaka

Can anyone tell me if I can fly from UK to Dhaka and get a visa on arrival at the airport rather than go to the embassy in London?

As per best of my knowledge, on arrival VISA is not available from Dhaka (Airport). (Welcome to visit Bangladesh)!

masud37 vai, dont post confusing information here. You must get VOA at Dhaka airport. Dont worry about this. The visa fee is USD 51 (for 15 days)

Ditto, super easy last week, $51 for uk passport. Come off the plane and pay at booth on right before immigration hall. Walk over to the table at back of immigration hall for some kind of registration at a table then goto immigration booth most left to gwt stamp . Stamp is tiny

VOA fee USD 51 is same for any National. Sometime it is much cheaper than taking visa own country specially for Americans and British. It seems asl easy to make immigration as VOA seekers has separate queue.
