Dar Es Salem to Burndi to Kagali

I am traveling to Nairobi via bus to Dar Es Salem on Saturday night but I am trying to go from there to Burndi to Kagli? How would I do this? I am trying to take train though though Tanzania. Can any one give me some ideas, please.
