Patagonia/Tierra del Fuego in 11 days?

Hi everyone,

i'm planning a trip to Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego from 21 december to 1st january.
I wanted to visit Puerto Madryn, Ushuaia and El Calafate. But i didn't find any flights to Puerto Madryn, so I tought of flying in to Bariloche and back from Ushuaia.
Also a problem is the long trip between all the cities.

Do you think this is a reasonable itinerary:

21- Buenos Aires- Bariloche
22- Bariloche
23- Bariloche
24 - Bariloche-Puerto Madryn
25- Puerto Madryn
26-Puerto Madryn
27-Puerto Madryn - El Calafate
28- El Calafate
29-El Calafate- Ushuaia
30- Ushuaia
31- Ushuaia
1- Ushuaia-Buenos Aires

I don't know if there are direct buses from Puerto Madryn to El calafate (I know some buses stop at Rio Gallegos, making 21h the whole journey).
Do you think I should take Puerto Madryn off? I really wanted to see Punta Valdes, but don't know if it's worth all the hours in a bus.

Thanks to all

It isn´t a reasonable itinary as it is very rushed. I would simple skip Bariloche and Puerto Madryn and focus on southern Patagonia which is more spectacular than Bariloche. Fly in Ushuaia and out El Calafate or the other way and book your flights early as at this time of the year everything will be booked.
Puerto Madryn isn´t a great deal except for the wildlife on peninsula Valdes but the whales won´t be there amd penguins, sealions and seabirds can be seen around Ushuaia too. Include 2 full days for El Chalten which is amazing.
If you continue with your original plan, try to avoid to stop overnight at Rio gallegos as it is a dull place and very expensive and at this time of the year most lodging is booked too

I think your better off concentranting on the south too. I would perhaps give one more day to El Chalten (due to weather). You only need one day in El Calafate for the Glacier. And spend the rest in Ushuaia.

Book flights as soon as you can.

Rio Gallegos is absolutely terrible...dont stay there, get a bus that arrives early morning perhaps and then connect straight away.
