Your domestic flight would (probably) arrive to Albrook airport while your flight to Cuba will depart from Tocumen airport. You would need to go from one airport to another by road, arrive to Tocumen early enough as to make your checking...Will be your domestic flight on time? Will be traffic-jams on the way from one airport to the other one? How much time before your flight have you to be in Tocumen for your flight to Cuba?

Thanks for your reply. Okay, I just checked the planes and it does land in Albreck. There is one that leaves David at 8:15 and arrives in Panama City at 9 a.m. My flight for Cuba leaves at noon, so I thought I should be at the airport at 10. Given traffic might be heavy, does this make sense?3
I'm afraid I don't have enough knowledge as to tell you how likely is your flight to be on time/canceled/delayed or how much time is likely to take you to go from one airport to the other at the hour you plan to make it. Therefore, I can't provide you an accurate answer. I hope someone with more knowledge is able to provide you advice. There is one that leaves David at 8:15 and arrives in Panama City at 9 a.m.
Let me point out that flight is scheduled to arrive at 09:00 a.m. Nobody can guarantee it won't be delayed or canceled.

Will you have checked baggage to collect ? A 9 am arrival, even on time, you won't be out until 9.30 am at the earliest - so probably 10.30 am at Tocumen - just as they are closing check-in for Cuba. You would be better taking a later flight to Cuba, or earlier flight from David, I think.
